Happy Thursday, friends! Are you looking forward to the weekend?
It might be the heat, or just my body struggling to get back into a routine after traveling, but I've had a hard time eating the past few days, which is NOT NORMAL for me. I've had very little appetite and actively not wanted to eat a few times when I knew I needed to... Hopefully I'll shake it soon...

Then I headed over to Bikini Burlesque Bootcamp! Ahhh... so sore! :)
I was up at 7a today and quickly remembered that there was NOTHING in my kitchen (what happens when you leave a man alone for 2 weeks), so I ran out to the grocery store to pick up a few staples.
The flowers outside my house were stunning! :)
At around 12p, I realized I had not eaten anything yet today, at all. Unless you count my iced coffee... BAD KEELIE!
So I threw together a few of my favorite things...
I'm planning on going for a run this evening when it cools off a bit, even though I'm not quite feeling it... It's just one of those days...
What do you do to get yourself past an energy/ motivation slump?

Air conditioning! The same thing happens to me when it gets really hot. I try to stick with water based foods since they seem refreshing.
