2.5 Week Tone-Up Updates

Alright pals- one week down, 1.5 weeks 'til Hawaii! 

As I previous mentioned, your homegirl overindulged a bit over the holidays and needs to get her groove back so she can feel and look great on a tropical vacay! Wahoo!


Current:
132 lbs- Down 1lb, but may be more- currently retaining water for reasons women retain water. :)
33-26-38- Down an inch in my waist and hips.




I got in 4 runs and two great strength workouts (not as many as I had hoped, but better than nothing). I've been drinking more water and my diet has been pretty good. I feel great!

Do you have specific goals or just generally tone up a bit?

Right now it's just basic toning up after overindulging during the holidays, but I'm going to set some more specific goals when I get back from vacation. What are you working on right now?
hey i def ate WAY 2 much over the break as well. getting my routine back in order first thing in the morning!!

Thanks, Melody! I'll keep working hard until I leave... and I think I'll be squeezing in a few fun workouts while I'm there! :) I promise to take a ton of pics!

Although you want tone your body, so lose your weight and toning body diet and exercise are important.
