2.5 Week Tone-Up Updates

Alright pals- one week down, 1.5 weeks 'til Hawaii! 

As I previous mentioned, your homegirl overindulged a bit over the holidays and needs to get her groove back so she can feel and look great on a tropical vacay! Wahoo!

132 lbs- Down 1lb, but may be more- currently retaining water for reasons women retain water. :)
33-26-38- Down an inch in my waist and hips.

I got in 4 runs and two great strength workouts (not as many as I had hoped, but better than nothing). I've been drinking more water and my diet has been pretty good. I feel great!
