We were in need of a quick, cheap and easy alternative to takeout the other night, so we whipped up this dish! So simple, and so yummy!
Cheater's Fried Rice
2 Jenny O Lean Frozen Turkey Burgers
One Red Pepper (Chopped)
One Cup Pineapple (Chopped)
One Package Instant Brown Rice (Cooked Volume- 2 cups)
Trader Ming's Sesame Soy Ginger Vinaigrette
-Cook turkey burgers in a skillet
-Chop cooked turkey burgers and add to skillet red pepper and pineapple
-Cook instant brown rice (we did ours in the microwave), add to skillet
-Add dressing and serve!
