WHY AM I SO TIRED???
I got a full night's sleep last night. I've had an iced coffee and a power breakfast.
Overnight oats with rice protein, chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin, greek yogurt and stevia.
And I could easily go back to bed this instant. What gives?
I think instead of going to bed, I'll do the 6 mile run I was supposed to do on Sunday. Oops...

ok blog friend, you are either pregnant, exhausted from your crazy schedule, or possibly vit. d deficient or anemic (iron deficiency). maybe a blood test could rule those out? Hope you are back to yourself soon!
